Delivery and Returns Policy

Thank You for shopping at KLIMATEX LTD.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review Our policy on delivery and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions


The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.



For the purposes of this Delivery and Return Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to KLIMATEX LTD, P.O. Box 24872, Nicosia, Cyprus, 1304. VAT Registration No.: CY10039428Q, Govt. UID CY12039428S.

  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

  • Service refers to the Website.

  • Website refers to THINK TEMPERATURE by KLIMATEX, accessible from

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.


Delivery options

We offer door-to-door delivery all over Cyprus. All prices below include VAT.

  1. In-store pick up: free

  2. Pick up from local Akis Express office: €4.5

  3. Home delivery by Akis Express: €6,55

Stock Availability

All orders are subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on Our website.

In the event where a stock discrepancy may occur and We are unable to fulfill Your order as placed at time of purchase, We will contact You to discuss available options. We can either deliver the products which are in-stock to You and await restocking of the backordered item, or We can process a refund if You prefer.

Certain products We offer are not maintained in stock. Such products will be clearly classified as “Pre-Order” items in Our Website. For these products the average delivery time is estimated between 4 to 6 weeks. Please read more on Pre-order products below.



What is a pre-order

Pre-orders are products that we sell but do not maintain inventory on-hand.


Why should You pre-order

Purchasing a pre-order item helps us order exactly the right amount of stock. It is a great way to secure an item and reduce wastage and cost!

Having the item as pre-order means that we do not have to stock up our products unnecessarily, which may lead to faulty functioning and calibration degradation in the long run. With pre-orders, You can be rest assured that the purchased products are brand-new and working well, not something that's been left on the shelf for years!

How does a pre-order work

To secure your item, full payment is due at checkout. When the item arrives at our warehouse, we will process the item within 2-3 business days. Each pre-order product will take approximately 3-4 weeks, but we will ship it out earlier if we have existing stock from a previous shipment. 

Upon receiving your order, we immediately process requests for the delivery of the item(s). Our sales will reach out to You if there are any changes to the delivery timings.

If You want to purchase a pre-order item together with items that are in stock, we suggest that You create a separate order for in-stock items. This way we will be able to deliver the in-stock items first.

How do you know if an item is a pre-order

All pre-order items are marked "Pre-order" in the description page of the product.

Pre-order Disclaimer

Because the item has not reached us, we cannot guarantee the exact date your item will ship. Each pre-order item has an estimated shipping date, but this may be subjected to changes without prior notice, due to many reasons out of our control (shipping, weather, stock level from the manufacturer). Therefore, we seek your patience and understanding in this matter.
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund Pre-orders after payment has been processed. Refund requests for pre-orders will only be entertained if two weeks has passed since the stated waiting time and the product has not been delivered. If for any reason we are not able to fulfill your pre-order, we will reach out to You to settle refunds.

Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 business days of payment of order (except for the “Pre-Order” items where estimated delivery is defined in the previous paragraph). Our store operates Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays. In these instances, We take steps to ensure delivery delays are kept to a minimum.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 14 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party You have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

We will reimburse You no later than 30 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. 

If products are returned via a courier service the customer will bear the cost.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days

  • The Goods are in the original packaging

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in Our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale and Pre-orders cannot be refunded.

Warranty Returns

We will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 90 days of receipt of items.

You will be responsible for returning the goods in accordance to the Returning Goods clause of this document.

Upon receipt of items for warranty claim, You can expect Us to process Your warranty claim within 7 days.

Once warranty claim is confirmed, You will receive the choice of:

  1. refund to Your payment method

  2. a refund in store credit

  3. a replacement item sent to You (if stock is available) 

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.


If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to You, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of Your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
