This Digital Thermometer/Timer is a combination of a timer, clock and penetration thermometer with a temperature range of 0˚C to 300˚C via a ø4mm x 150mm stainless steel probe with a reduced tip for a faster response. Readings are given with a precision of 1˚C/˚F and an accuracy of ±1˚C.
The timer function is capable of counting up or down to 23 hours, 59 minutes, and 59 seconds and the realtime clock has 12- or 24-hour formats. The thermometer has a large screen with separate sections for alarm temperature, current temperature and the time or timer countdown.
The user can set adjustable alarms for too-high temperatures and the thermometer is operated using a simple push-button keypad. The casing allows it to sit on a worktop or be attached to an appliance using the magnetic pads on the back of the thermometer.
