Fast response thermocouple thermometer probe - This stainless steel, fast response, needle penetration probe, designed for the Therma 22 & Therma 22 Plus thermometers, incorporates a heavy duty ribbed, polypropylene handle. The thermocouple needle probe is suitable for liquids and soft semi-solid materials including fish, fruit and other soft or delicate materials.
Response time is less than 4 seconds. Probe temperature range -75 to 250°C. Probe dimensions Ø2.6 x 130mm.
