The Legionnaires' Premium Water Temperature Thermometer Kit contains everything required to monitor water supply temperatures for the prevention of Legionella growth. All employers who manage premises with hot/cold water systems and/or a wet cooling system have a legal responsibility to identify any risk of Legionella contamination and to prevent or control it.
The thermometer kit includes a robust and easy-to-use Therma 1 Industrial Thermometer that operates through the range of -99.9 to 1372 °C with a 0.1 °C or 1 °C resolution. With a 10000 hour battery life the 1.5 volt AAA batteries will last at least 5 years.
The Legionnaires' Premium kit features three different probes for testing varying elements of the water system. The Penetration Temperature Probe can be used to record the temperature of tap water, the Ribbon Surface Temperature Probe for the surface of pipes and tanks and the Wire Probe for any areas that are difficult to reach.
The kit comes with a FREE traceable certificate of calibration, Water Resistant Countdown Timer, mini tub of Probe Wipes and ABS carrying case.
